General Ride The Talk

Back in Australia

Hi all,

I’m back (as Arnie says 🙂 ) in Australia.

My first talk is in my local community in Moonee Valley Victoria – the media release is here:

The Real Deal

This third training is the real deal…..and then some! Talk about an absolute roller coaster ride complete with screaming and yelling. The amount of information is astounding yet the final day is yet to arrive. (It’s just before midnight here and I’m absolutely buzzing!!)

On Thursday evening I wing out of London back to my country and family…..and then the real work begins. On Wednesday 23rd June I will be putting these new-found skills to work in my local community – Moonee Valley, Melbourne, Victoria. If you live anywhere nearby, come along to see what I have to say – I’m sure you will feel inspired to do what it takes to ensure this vital issue is returned to its rightful place as the moral issue of our generation – one that is taken up by the ordinary person in such a way that there will be no ignoring it.

I’m now back in Northamptonshire on my way back to London.

Last night I had a “heart in throat moment”. After leaving Glasgow and travelling by train to Banbury, where I was picked up by Pat & Bob, I settled into my old room.

Imagine my horror when I turned on my netbook only to be greeted by a blank screen, with no amount of nudging bringing it back to life. When powering on, not even the BIOS screen was visible – this suggested to me a possible corrupted BIOS – my IT background helped me here. This could be a real problem if I could not fix it but at least it would mean that I could remove the hard drive and get at the data (if push came to shove).
